Before You Pay

Before purchasing, you can:

Preview your photo: See a watermarked version of the final result
Check compliance: View the full compliance report showing all requirements
Review all checks: See pass/warning/fail indicators for each specification
Try different photos: Take or upload as many photos as you need

We provide these previews so you can be confident in your purchase before paying.

Refund Eligibility

✓ We WILL Issue Refunds For:

Government or authority rejection: If the issuing authority rejects your photo and you provide reasonable evidence of the rejection (e.g. a rejection notice or screenshot), we'll refund your purchase in full or regenerate the photo at no charge — your choice
Technical issues: If our service fails to process your photo
Download problems: If you cannot download your purchased files
Quality defects: If the final photo has artifacts, errors, or quality issues caused by our processing
Wrong specifications: If we applied incorrect country/document specifications
Payment errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times

✗ We CANNOT Refund For:

Rejection without evidence: A rejection claim with no notice, screenshot, or other reasonable evidence to back it up
Changed requirements: If you selected the wrong country or document type
Source photo quality: If your original photo was poor quality, blurry, or poorly lit
Changed mind: After downloading the unwatermarked files, if the photo itself met the stated specification
Preference: If you simply don't like how you look (we can't change that!)

Refund Timeframe

Request within 30 days: Contact us within 30 days of purchase
Response within 24-48 hours: We'll review your request and respond quickly
Refund within 5-7 business days: If approved, refunds are processed through Dodo Payments

How to Request a Refund

Attach screenshots if applicable

We'll review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

Government Rejection

While we check your photo against official specifications, we cannot guarantee acceptance by government authorities because:

Some requirements are subjective (e.g., "neutral expression")
Different offices may interpret requirements differently
Requirements may change without notice
Human reviewers may have varying standards

That said, if it happens to you: bring or send us reasonable evidence of the rejection (a rejection notice, a screenshot, anything that shows the authority turned the photo down) and we'll refund your purchase in full or regenerate the photo at no charge — your choice. We still strongly encourage you to review the preview and compliance report before purchasing, since that's the best way to avoid a rejection in the first place.

One-Time Payment

PassportPic.ai has a single flat price of $6.99 that includes everything — digital photo, print layouts, and PDF export. If a refund is approved, the full $6.99 is returned. No partial refunds apply.

Fair Use

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for suspected abuse, including but not limited to:

Repeated refund requests
Evidence of file sharing or resale
Fraudulent claims
